I change the car those SWAT use from FBI2 to Riot, it just does not spawn when I get 4 stars.

And the number of SWAT officers inside the FBI2 is also incontrollable, the original file shows that the car should have 6 officers inside. But the game only spwans 3.

How many passenger inside car....edit...bolded text
