Gameconfig mod not available?

New to the modding scene here, just wondering if there is an alternate link or some other way of obtaining the Gameconfig (1.0.1365.1) for Limitless Vehicles & Personal Save Game download?
This is like the main reason i wanted to mod gta v

@chulls414 limitless vehicles is a lie. There’s still a limit no matter what. Just use dilapidateds, it’s the best out there
