GTA Script Mods not working...

Hey, I am running version 1.0.231.0 of GTA and recently I have tried to installed a Flash Mod to start out my modding folder but i have encountered an issue...
While i am in game, when i try to open up the NativeUI menu, it does not open. I downloaded the latest versions of ScriptHook, The Flash Mod and NativeUI and cannot figure out what the issue could be. I also reinstalled the mods from scratch to the GTA directory but i get the same results.
Anyone might know?

@Debux ScripthookV is updated for the current game version, which is v1.0.1365.1. So your game is outdated! Buy a legal copy.
