Auto-leveling camera - enough!

Do you guys know how I can stop my third-person GTA camera from leveling up like a gyroscope?

Say, I am pointing the camera down to the ground or up to the sky and keep walking / running. After two or three seconds camera will revert to default viewing angle.

Searched the options but can't seem to find the relevant item...

Umm, yeah, I guess it's close enough. I thought it's in the video options but I looked through and through and found noting... Thanks for the link.

I am on a peyote + letter scraps hunt so a higher tilt view is very useful at times.
