[MAP] - A Very Snow Capped Mount Chiliad Mod

The idea of the mod is to add thick layer cap of snow all over Mount Chiliad for the winter months.
Maybe even possible spawn by weather element or seasonable pattern? But I found out recently that it was in some sort of GTA Online winter special back in 2013? Maybe theirs some way of bringing it back?!

@NatT96 You can use trainer to drop snow on ground and change weather (like menyoo)

Menyoo Trainer > https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-spGo weather option, and scroll down, the snow option are at the end of the list (arounr wind and wave height option)
