Mod to choose the Spawn Location Story Mode?

I have been looking, trying, but doesn't have a clue on how I could have for example Franklin spawn in front of a certain house or place. The save I download got me spawning on a rock in the middle of water. Anyone has a clue if something exist? Id be so happy. Thanks.

I don't get what you're saying. Is there any particular reason you can't walk to a spot of your choice, take out your cell phone, and do a 'save game' there?!
