Ground effects/smoke mod

Does anyone know where the Ground effects mod has gone?
i made a video on it last year and its since been taken down and i cannot find it anywhere. would love to get it back and use it.

@jakemodz89 Unfortunatelly original Ground Vehicle Effects author, aka leec202, is not more in the modding scene like shows his web site.
