Grand Theft auto remastered mod causing ran out of memory error when hitting pause after about ten minutes

I have done a good bit of trouble shotting and found it was this mod that cause the ran out of memory error after running the game for a bit and then hitting escape to pause. Has anyone else had this issue or found a way to fix it. Gonna assume it's the gameconfig.xml file thats the problem.

@ANDREWF150 This can easily be overcome by one, use Dilapidated's gameconfig, and two, you need THIS - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap - drop this asi in to your game folder where gta5.exe resides
