game crashes everytime somebody FALLS

i have a gtx 1060 and an intel core i7. my fps is good (turned off shadows because it adds more visibility) but, from the title, the game crashes everytime somebody falls (not collapse, actually fall off something; for example: i push somebody off that cut-off bridge at mount chilliad, game crashes) i dont even see the person fall on my screen and it still crashes. i think it has something to do with the voice lines.
