Does anyone know the mod or trainer used here?

Hello all, I have a question about an HUD I've seen displayed on many different authors screenshots. It sits in the bottom left corner, right next to the map. It shows what I assume to be direction you're traveling in, then street and region area you're in under that. I'm guessing it's some type of trainer maybe? Here's a pic of what I'm speaking of if anyone out there knows about it. Thanks
