Need clean 100% save

I need a 100% save with all three characters alive, without additional businesses purchased (except the ones we get with the missions anyway. Those phone calls from the managers are just a nuisance for me) and a clean wardrobe (not stuffed with all kind of clothing and sunglasses). I'd like to have that because I'm stuck at something about 90% because the last Dominator mission doesn't show up in my game, never has.
