Looking for a way to Export 4K clips using Rockstar editor.

Is there any way or mod to achieve this? I know you can just watch your clip and record it with Shadowplay but the thing is even with a 1080ti and 8700K I can't get 60 FPS (I need 8x MSAA on because even though my resolution is 4K it doesn't wipe away the white lines in the contouring making it very ugly) I have a hard time making sentence properly so if this isn't clear and you're trying to help I can definitely try and explain what I want better.
