[WEAPON] - Automatic 9mm GTAIV - TLAD

I've always liked the automatic pistol from TLAD. It's your classic illegally modified handgun to go with the scruffy used appearance. I would love to see someone make this a mod for a replacement AP pistol.

To the developers, I acquired models from another site of the pistol and it's texture if it makes this process in a sense easier.
