JulioNib's Menu Glitches Out! Any Fix?

I keep having this issue with JulioNib's menu. Basically when I open it with ctrl + n it opens but after a certain amount of time it starts to flicker and I don't know why. (poof in the video below) Is there a simple fix or any fix at all for it because he said that it has to do with my Script Hook V .NET tick but I have no clue how to fix it and he said it is out of his control. Any help is appreciated. The video to my issue is below. I'm currently using the latest GTA 5 version 1.0.1365.1, ScriptHookVDotNet v2.10.6, Script Hook V v1.0.1365.1

@ScorpionTheOG The ScriptHook tick is not editable, usually in a good hardware is not notorious this issue, but for us with not so high end hardware, this is a issue without fix but can be playable.
