"Exited Unexpectedly"

When i start up the disc version of the game it starts loading & the slideshow & music play then after 2 mins in the loading process it stops loading the grey circle freezes & so does the loading & it stops & crashes saying it exited unexpectdely..lpease help someone

click this link easy fix if anyone is having that social club load up problem where it stops loadin on loading screen & says "Exited unexpectedly"
