Simple Zombie - Zombies don't act

Hi, I have a problem with the simple zombie mod, I installed it well, but when I'm in the game, I do F10 and I launch the infection, road traffic is still present and zombies act like ordinary citizens.
I have already tried many version of ScriptHookVDotNet....
I hope you have a solution for me.. I spent my day looking for one...
