Rockstar Editer Problem

I’ve been having this problem since i started using Rockstar Editer.
which is when i’m recording the car don’t have any scratches or damage
but when i enter what i've record the car have some scratches.
look at those screenshots
same footage, but one have scratch and the other one doesn’t
does any one know a fix for that ?
