Help With Pokemon go mod install!

This is the first mod ive tried and i inserted all of the files correctly and it didnt load, i guess my question is there anything i need to do before i install the mad. i saw that i needed the script hook.dll file into my main dir. i did that, any idea will be greatly appreciated lol
