How to get the lights working on some Peds?

Hey y'all!
So, I've been downloading a lot of peds. And all of them seem to be working. But some of them do not work correctly. I got a T-800 ped installed, that should have glowing eyes. However, in my case, the eyes won't light up. They're just black.
I'm talking about this one:
