Can you load in mods without having to change the actual gamefiles?

Something that launches the mod externally into the game so everytime you start the game you would have to load in the mods again.
I just want different Hairstyles in GTA online and if i alter the game files i can't play online as we all know.
But if i launch the game normally with script hook and go online with it, i should be able to load in the hair texture externally, right? So i am the only one able to see the changes and everyone else in the lobby just sees the vanilla hairstyle.

I don't fucking understand any of this. From what I can understand, you want different hairstyles in GTA Online, but you're also complaining you can't go online with mods, but then you insist on playing GTA Online with ScriptHookV enabled with the hair mods you want?
What the hell are you trying to get at?
From what I can understand of this it seems you want to play GTA Online with mods and at this point you're bound to get yourself banned permanently, as Rockstar doesn't take kindly to modders. It doesn't matter if it's ScriptHookV, Reshade, or ENB, to them it's still online modding and they'll nail you for it. So don't bother. Play GTA Online the way it is. Stick to single player modding if you know what's good for you.
Oh, and uh... talk of online modding here on this site is prohibited.
