Help me fix my game! I legitimately i don't know what i have done.

So i was trying to replace a config file that had limitless add on cars, however somewhere along the line i messed up and now i cannot even start the game. Its telling me that there is a corrupt game config file. I have tired to reinstall the game twice, but it does not replace the config file.
Is there anyway to fix this? I know that i could replace the config in open iv but i cant seem to get it to replace. I don't know whats going on.

@Skuttyjared You probably replaced gameconfig in your mods folder. Thus, copy the one from vanilla over to mods, and try again.
