Please, will someone add a clothing item from a mod onto a specific ped model for me?

I would like to get the small bag seen in this mod:

seen being worn by Trevor in this video (1:42):

Onto Cletus' in game model.

The bag is located in Trevor's directory in the files of the mod I've linked.

I could only find Cletus' model files located in:
x64e.rpf > models > cdimages > componentpeds_ig.rpf

I am not looking to reupload someone's work, this is purely for personal use

Will anyone please be willing to help me out?
