"Mod your account" means online modding, which isn't allowed to be discussed here. Offline modding needs to be done offline by you. I doubt anybody here is going to use a program like TeamViewer to install mods for you. Just download a mod such as Simple Trainer, install it using the provided instructions, and then give yourself the money.
