Can use streamed ped to replace any ingame ped ?

Is there any way to use streamed ped for replacing ingame ped? Because streamed ped have folder with parts of body in .ydd and .ytd files, but for replacing I need 1 .ydd and 1 .ytd with all body parts.
So question will be can make from all .ydd/.ytd files of body parts, 1 .ydd/.ytd file containing them all ?
