Help to install a mod PC (I never install mod)

Hello! The question will be stupid, I would like to install the mod ''ambiance 1.1'' to use it online. I have a delir roleplay and I would just like to use this mod, nothing else. Good by avoiding to ban me if possible. (I know the rockstar policy on mods). I already tried it, but each time it was not working it was to crash my game to know, was the first time that I try to install a mod on gta. Can anyone help me?

@Louloup Online modding is prohibited by Rockstar Games no matter which mod.
