Script Or Mod That Lets the character say what the player want

Hello .. I need a mod that lets your character says what you want..
I watched a lot of short films for gta 5 and gta 4 and i found that characters at these movies are speeking as they want or as the director want at least !
i'm asking myself how did they do it at their films!?!?!?
this would be nice and funny and helpful to make a (GTA 5 or GTA 4 Movie) !

@GTA-5-GTA-4 As far as I know, the GTA Movies we see in youtube, are usually made by multiple voice actors, as GTA offers the Lip-Sync Feature(Basically, what you speak in mic, the character moves the lips accordingly), I don't know if it's an online feature or not, but you might find the mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/lip-movement useful.
Be noted, It takes huge amount of time, determination and continuous efforts to make good, first impression like clip of couple of minutes, let alone an entire movie or series.
As the different camera angles, with different visual & sound effects, good scene blending sense, and some nice editing skills.
