Stronger windshield mod (So it doesn't break upon crash). Please help

Hey guys, is anyone else kind of tired of the windshield always breaking upon even the smallest crashes, especially if you have increased your deformation? Where is this so that I can edit all cars to not have breaking windshields anymore? I know its in there somewhere, so what is it connected to and where is it and has someone already made this mod? I have a handling editor and am pretty handy with that, I just need to be pointed in the right direction. Thank you.

Inspect trainers that are open source, god mode avoids windshield to brake as well as any other window in the car, there you can find the answer, handling has no relation to it, just warning you so you stop wasting time there
