GAMECONFIG.XML Adding on car/plane mods pc w E. Native trainer update 37

can anyone please send me a good gameconfig.xml file on here that really works. i want to use other car add on mods & spawn them through my mod menu(story-mode) i have enhanced native trainer update 37, i can only use 3 mods w it that dont crash the game, antonov & b377 & the dodge ram 2016 truck mod add on. other mods i try i load up the game & social club crashes on me saying gta v exited unexpectedly....
