How to add clothes to the characters, without replacing ?.

For those who do not know, I'm the creator of the '' MP Guy For Franklin '' mod, and I'm looking for help to know, like I add clothes to him without replacing. If anyone can help me, thank you.
Another question of mine, is how to arrange the movement of the character's mouth. Because when I replace Franklin's head, the MP's does not have facial expression at all, so I wanted to know how I can do it.
