[SCRIPT] IV Style Combat Turn (R3)
Rockstar nixed a bunch of the little details that made GTA IV great. One of the more visible ones to the community was the ability to exit the car without turning off the engine - useful in a getaway, so "IV Style Exit" was made.
One feature that's been missed entirely was how intuitive it was to 180 and fire. (Val Kilmer does this in Heat if you're wondering what it looks like in "real life") In IV you just hit R3, and your character turns around... immediately... always. Even while aiming. In V they're very fussy about it, especially while aiming and it annoys the shit out of me in a hectic gunfight, surrounded by enemies. - I'm not talking about the aim button, that's for zooming in both games, but if you fire "from the hip" (aim with the fire button) in GTA V and press R3, the bastards take forever to turn around. I'm guessing people were pressing it by accident? But I don't find it that easy to do, and I'd rather not be shot in the back
