@GTA-5-GTA-4 Sorry for no explanation, but I have absolutely no idea how this happened. I downloaded a Police Car pack from LSPDFR.com and when I put the cars in it told me to put the Vehicle.meta in the folder and so I did, I'm not sure if that's what messed up my game or what happened. I've completely redownloaded my game and it still won't work properly. I don't know if its something wrong with my Ragehook, my OpenIV or if I have completely F#@!$% up my game.

@OfficerGunn The police car in the game shows up as the regular car, but completely deformed and it has aspects of the modded vehicle. The modded car appears when you walk away from it, but when you're walking back towards it disappears and turns into a deformed version of the regular GTA police car again. PLZ help I don't know how to fix this.

So I got problem with my game too , listen I tried this out and didn't work for me , but it worked for alot of people and I don't know if this will help or not , but I heard it worked for some people , but u gotta try it , Just navigate to your game directory , and go to the installers folder , click on (open) that social club installing thing , and when you're done try your game , this worked for alot of people but didn't work for me

@OfficerGunn what other mods do you have installed and where did you put the vehicle files and vehicles.meta file

@Reacon I placed the Police Car mods in the correct replace area, the vehicle Meta went into the correct place as the install files that came with the pack instructed-http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/17911-los-santos-police-department-mega-pack-els/?sort=newest&tab=reviews#review-62048 (Police Car Pack). My game messed up after I downloaded this pack and I'm not sure if Installed incorrectly or what so here are the steps I took:
Vehicle Meta: Mods-Update-Update.rpf-Common-Data-Levels-Gta5
Vehicle Mods: Mods-Update-x64-dlcpacks-Patchday 18ng-dlc.rpf-x64-levels-gta5-vehicles.rpf

but to me it looks like an issue with the model 100%, try re-downloading it as the download may have corrupted
