Ped request from a movie

Good evening or morning
this is my very first post, and by this i do want to introduce myself, i am Chris, from Belgium, 28 years young 
and i run my own GTA v RP servers.I had this project in mind to turn one of my gta v servers into a more futuristic settlement (cyberpunk style)
But i am looking for some ped addons i can use to import for my players, we mainly are looking for a movie themed style named "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets" with the stars "Cara Delevingne" and "Dane DeHaan" and "Rihanna" more to name but i am not going to do that before this get's to long..... that's what she said [facepalm]Is it possible for someone to create or point me towards someone who can and will do this for me ?
You do not have to do it for free, as i will be paying if i like it.
We are looking for "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets" themed ped addons mainly the two stars "Cara Delevingne" and "Dane DeHaan" in armor and without armor, pictures can be found all over google for a more in dept look.Please let me know.

Its best if you find a modeler like someone from deviantart as if you were to search up those certain characters, I don't believe you would find them. You would need someone to create those characters, model them and release them. That way, someone would be able to rig them and port them into gta, if they made it riggable.
