ScriptHookV.NET Failed To load

Hey,
I wanted to install the Zombies Mod running by .NET Scripthook, all loads fine but .NET Scripthook doesnt load I dont know why..
I removed all useless files and all others mods (modded textures included (OpenIV))...

Asi loader log says “failed to load ScriptHookVDotNet.asi” there isn’t a scripthookvdotnet.asi in your folder.
Didn’t see it my badOn another note, why’s your vanilla update.rpf called update.rph

@Reacon It's due of Ragepluginhook but when I rename this file, it change nothing

@SharkOfficiel The prntscr link doesn't work, so I have to ask. Is ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll in the root folder? Remove AdvancedHook if you have that.

@SharkOfficiel Why is the update.rpf in the root folder and where is your mods folder?

@Cyron43 I just renamed update.rpf to update.rph (look at old comments...) and displaced my mods folder to the root of GTA 5 and it change nothing at the problem..

@SharkOfficiel but update.rpf or .rph shouldn't be in the root folder anyway. it should be in the update folder

@Cyron43 No, it's a paid steam version, and update.rph was already renamed by using RagePluginHook, it's a default file from it and I have the last version.

Installation
- Install
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2(or higher, so skip this step on Windows 10) - AND
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64). - Download and install the latest Script Hook V. Alsways re-do this step after a R* update is pushed.
- Download and install Community Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI file into your game directory (the DLL and XML files are for developers only).
I use sjaak327's Simple Trainer for GTA V 4.5 this way without problems
Follow these 4 steps
Do the first 2 steps even though your Windows will state that those libraries are succesfully installed already
maybe even re-installMicrosoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2015 (x64)too
