Sun time (Timecycle)

Can i change the sun light time in game (Timecycle)?? the light in game even 8:00PM and it still have the dawn...how it could be. its about i want to see Night City more longer

• I want sun raise at 5:30 AM. And Dawn start at 4:30 to 6:00PM then completly Night at 7:00PM to 3:00AM
• I dont understand about coding/edit about "Numbers" in timecycle , can you guys help me??
