Trouble with Vanillaworks Extended Pack

So, i downloaded this mod: https://it.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/vanillaworks-extended-pack-add-on-oiv-tuning-liveries-vanillaworks-and-other-modders
and i tried to install it with my other mods, and i had a crash on startup while the game was loading with no error messages, so i tried to install the mod after deleting and re-creating my mods folder and i still have the same problem.
Solution that i tried:
-removing other mods
-use that fix for veichle addons that contains a modified gameconfig.xml
-re-installing the game

Are you running a mods folder? If not, then you really need to be as it will help reset mods if something happens without nuking the base game. What fixed it for me was installing my graphical mods first and then installing mods like VWE after that. Some sort of conflict with the carcols or something I think.
