Getting someone to install British Mods on my GTA.

Hey there guys, I am just wondering.
Can anyone give me a simple basic no stupid long hard thing to install mods?
Its really hard and it takes forever so I just gived up and just play as the American Cops as where I am British and I want to use the UK mods.
