I have had a presence here for over three years, and well over 30 uploads. Why won't my new mods uploaded, be approved automatically?

You are verified, so it should automatically approve the mods. It usually takes around 5-15 minutes, but sometimes problems/hiccups occur. But, both of your latest mods were automatically approved, judging by the comments from user "gta5-mods" indicating so.
