I haven't found a Non-ELS Chevy Caprice PPV and I want to put it in FiveM which, that I know of, doesn't work with ELS. I also want to be able to make my own skins for it pretty easily. I also don't really care much what year it is, 2012 or newer would be preferred.
The link referenced above is the closest thing I could find.
