Trouble installing the business mega pack

I have installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64) and
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 so im wondering why the mod isnt working. Does anyone know what might be the issue?

@Cyron43 Lame excuse. Come on bro, this would be a BIG opportunity for you. The entire community would love you much for this, AND it might help HKH191 to see the errors in his ways. Aside from that, don't YOU yourself want online content brought into your own game as well?
