Mods not in Mod menu

so this is my first time ever using mods jus want u to know. I installed the latest version of script hook and enhanced native trainer. i have winrar. so once i download a mod from here, i go to winrar and drag and drop all the files into the gta 5 folder but when i start up gta 5, the mod i installed, such as riot mod, doesnt show up. I have like 6 mods in the gta 5 folder but i cant use anyone of them so can someone please help out.

@StanMan-Gamer Maybe the mods you downloaded are scripts, you need ScriptHook .NET in order to use scripts.
Once you have that mod installed, create a folder named "scripts" and drag the scripts mods in there.
If this didn't work, read the mod's installation instructions

@powtrap so i got scripthook.net and i made a file inside the gta 5 folder called scripts, but mods still dont show up in mod menu

Installation
Install both the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (or higher, so skip this on Windows 10) and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64). Download and install the latest Script Hook V. Download Community Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI file into your game directory (The DLL and XML files are for developers only). Create a "scripts" subfolder in your game directory and put .NET mods inside! The name of this folder too can be changed in the accompanying INI file.
