Hi all, first post so go easy.. I'm sure you've seen and heard it all before
I've just started using the niunManager and no issues with it, I'm editing the length of the folder name so mods enable ok and prefixing folder names with, a,b,c, etc... so that they load in a certain order.. preferring aesthetic and environmental effects first, then character mechanics, cosmetic looks etc etc.. so it's all running smoothly.
I'm trying some different loadouts to get the look and feel I want, but wondering if some may be conflicting with each other, for instance: Natural Vision, Rockford Hill + World Improvement, Realistic Storm.? Would the pedestrian/AI improvements in World Improvement conflict or nullify the Crime and Police Re-balance? Do I need ScriptHookV in my loadout? I don't need the Native Trainer if I load Simple Trainer, but with ScriptHook I have both enabled... anyway so I could go on, but...
The best way really is if you could recommend some mods in the loadout order that you prefer, that are stable and don't conflict.
Better that I can learn from some of you than spend ages trying to figure out what works and what doesn't.
I want enhanced visual realism, weather effects, increased pedestrian activity, weapon balancing, more cash and a large dose of chaos thrown in to keep it fun.
for visual realism I would go for visualV, for increased peds I would go for eshenks real life vehicular densities with world of variety by Cass, and for weapon balancing I would go for either ripplers realism by Rippler or fine tuned felony response by The_XXI. (links down below)

[For last two, I believe you have to pick one over the other]
Thanks for your reply BDslick and the links which are very helpful.
I haven't seen or tried any of these mods yet so that's great, just the kind of recommendation I'm looking for..
I'm going to load them up and see how they feel. Cheers
A bit of feedback for you BDslick, that's a great loadout!
Quite subtle, but really makes a difference to the way if plays, the Fine Tuned Felony and Response is the big change, reducing police 'sixth sense' makes it feel more realistic.
I loaded in VisualV as per the recommendation of the World of Variety author, but making any changes to the in game graphics setting crashed the game, I had to load the game without it, set the graphics, restart with it in, test it.. rinse and repeat. Took a while to get the set up right, but this is modding, and now runs super smooth, with that added visual touch.
