How do we make glass bulletproof?

Does anyone know where the glass settings are to make them bulletproof? I have an idea and want to try to see if I adjust this setting would that make the windows more durable so that they don't always break so easily.
Please guide me to where this setting is in the files. Thank you.

You cant make bulletproof glass using only game data files, the bulletproof property is a combination of data editing and proper glass editing editing the model itself
