Game laggy when approaching or inside interiors

@Algonquin1234 Cannot help you here. All these frame-rates you are reporting are totally playable. I am really the worst guy to talk about this with, because I never even think or care about what FPS I am getting unless the game reaches an unplayable state, and that has never happened to me.

@Algonquin1234 Try playing this in windowed-mode. It's worth giving that a shot at least.

The new update has fixed the issues of lag. Thankfully they actually listened.
