New towtrucks RP server

Dear community,
Im here on behalf of a GTA 5 RP server: SoE (evolpcgaming.com)
On the server we would like to have new tow trucks to add more to the realism and gain a better RP.
Im not sure were to start i have spotted 3 tow trucks that we would like to implement into the server however they have ELS functions. Those wont work and need to be removed so that they could be tested for use on our servers.
