Modifying Sprint Parameters?

As someone who doesn't know how to mod "in-depth" (I only know how to install mods/addons correctly and have a basic understanding of OpenIV), I have no idea how to modify certain parameters within the game, so bear with me. I already searched the forums, and the mods, but came up short.
What I'm looking to do is to change the sprint parameters in GTA:V single player, so any character I play as (whether it would be the main three, or anyone I choose through Menyoo/Skin Control) will be able to sprint in any area they please. I know this sounds like an odd request, but this is mainly for machinima purposes. Most, if not all of the interiors in the game force the character to slow down, and only allow them to jog at most. I plan on using some of the interiors in the game as shooting locations for firefights, and I figured it would look rather odd if all of the characters on camera were just jogging to cover instead of running to it. If there is a much easier way to accomplish this than modifying the game files (like using certain trainers or something), I'd love to hear it, but other than that, is there a file I can modify, and is it something I can copy to the "mods" folder before I do?

-You can now run around (sprint) inside safehouses and take out your weapons (enable this option via .ini file)
