script hook V stopped working today

I had to reinstall GTAVon my PC for some reason, I always use an external drive.,
all redownloaded today and ready to go ...
and now in the startup it stucks, and says : ..
FATAL : UNKNOWN GAME VERSION CHECK DEV-C.COM FOR UPDATES.
I checked the script hook V , but nothing i could see strange in it , and all stopped working since today.
can anyone advice how to get the modding back to work ?
thanks a lotand I guess I am the only one on the planet , because the good news seems that everyone is still modding today,. except me.
so i have hope .last week all worked just fine. the Menyoo etc. the mods folder etc. But now the GTAV would not start. and comes with the FATAL error message,. I think I see there is some update in the GTAV , but it seems fine for other modders.
I replaced the PLAYGTAV app, with an older backup that I had from april , but when opening the game it updated again the file , it seems into a new one,. instead of p;ayhong my old GTAV file.
I hope this is something small to repair ,
can anyone help me out here ?

@elmentor i managed to read some of that post just before you deleted it, but do you use steam? and what files did you back up? list all of them

I guess my only option is to pray that there will be a new script hook V released in a few days, but the last one came from march, that is not very promising...still I have no idea how come nobody but me has complained about the fatal error message ?
does nobody have the new GTAV update except me ?
and if they do have the inevitable update , how come they don't have the FATAL error ?
first thing I did , was replace my new updated files for the older backup files from april
but then as soon I started up GTAV it updated them automatically before the game starts
there is no escape , and I will not be able to play from my older filesI have no idea how come nobody on the entire planet has this update problem
or am I the first one to see@Reacon

I replaced the entire folder, all files.
but I guess the only file that was chosen to be updated was the PLAYGTAV fileI have not bought it from steam but from another company that had cheaper offers for the same product
I think it was GTA2 websiteI can';t replay in the next 600 minutes so I had to edit my old reply.

I backed up the entire folder 60+ GB
but GTAV will still update even if I start up in older files. and than next it will stop because script hook v says unknown version.
the update is about a few minutes maybe 100mb . I guess update only the PLAYGTAV file.but as I learned today , it seems we all have now this problem and we have to wait.
a huge chance for me to go outside and enjoy the real life

no I bought it from a cheaper website , and paid half the price for the same product
I think it was called GTA2 website or somethingdo you mean that If I had bought it from steam I would not have this problem ?

@elmentor well i use steam and when it auto updates i just replace the files and steam thinks that game is the newest update so then i just play like normal. try this after you put in the previous patch files

the thing is that I jumped into the gtav game world just 4 months ago
never played a game before in my life
no idea where to buy it or how to buy it and how to play it and how to mod it
I had zero knowledge and had to spend 100 hours on youtube to figure out all by myself.
I had no idea what steam was. never heard of it
but I found out the other website G2A offered half the price for the same product , so I bought it there.
now few months later it seems that steam has its privileges in this kind of situations
but I had no idea of that when I started .for now I take the consequences ,
and hope script hook V has mercy on us , and will come with an update
to get fans like me back to modding again .thanks for your fast reply
