ERR Fil Pack 3 Error

So in this tutorial https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/222/tutorial-vehicles-weapons-how-to-do-add-on-s-replacer-s/251 on how to fix this issue, it is only because a dlc pack is over 4gb of space, but after checking every dlc pack in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks with patchday3ng being the largest at only 2.9gb and even x64e which is only 3.7gb, no DLC is over 4gb. I would really appreciate any help as I've already waited patiently for the new Scripthook update and I do not want to reinstall every replace and addon.

@Brukanator Not trying to offend but dude, at least do an effort to don't put yourself in evidence. Yours is probably the most stupid and useless comment I've seen so far. Criticizing a 2 years old comment without even knowing that the author wasn't even a moderator back then and reviving an old topic just for what...? For nothing, just losing time.
