How to install NaturalVision on Steam GTA5?

I'm new to PC gaming so...How can I install this mod having the steam version of the game?

Hi, if this can help you ... it's exactly the same, you just have to read the installation instructions and it's exactly the same.

@ElRex-origi4gk the thing is that Ive downloaded the OpenIV and well its not the same and it asks for a GTA5.exe but it doenst recognize the game as...the game

@ElRex-origi4gk the OpenIV.exe is 3.0 and doest work like the tutorial says, it ask for the game and well...it happens what I said

@DonGuelo23 Oh come on....LOL....just point it to where gta5.exe is on your HD...it's not gonna magically know where your the executable is on it's own.

@eshenk I already did but it says that the gta5.exe wasnt found thats why idk what to do
