Car Replacement Mods not working....

I have been downloading a few cars that are "replace only." I place the files in the GTA V \ mods \ x64e \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf. I click on the model viewer and it shows its installed. Then i load up the game and spawn the car and its still the old model. Any fixes for this?

you can use the search function in OpenIV and find all locations to the specific model that way
Probably in this case R* added it into a later patchdayxx.rpf which overrides the model from x64e
So your replacement model is not loaded but still the vanilla model from a patchdayxx.rpf
