Is it possible to delete some missions from GTA V?

I want to remove some missions from the game.. is this possible?

Not quite, you have to remove the scripts and that also means recoding some scripts. Unless OpenIV decrypted the GTA V base game scripts, this is sadly...Impossible
- even tho, anything is possible, so wait and see what the future will bring.
